Creative Portland operates as a non-profit to receive donations, grants, and contributions in support of the City of Portland's economic development efforts by strengthening, stimulating, and supporting Portland's creative industries, enterprises, and workforce, with specific regard for artists and cultural institutions who are critical assets to the City's identity, economy, and community.
